I first started working in the fitness industry in January of 2015. Since then, I have earned multiple certifications like corrective exercise, weight loss, nutrition coaching, and I’m trained to teach many types of classes. 

One of the main reasons I stepped into this field was to help people, mostly women, start to feel more comfortable lifting weights, not just doing cardio all the time, pushing their limits, and gaining more confidence within themselves. 

As a personal trainer with a busy schedule and juggling two kids, I realized that I could only do so much and only help a specific number of people at a time. Therefore, I created MSB in the hopes that I could reach more people and touch more lives than just those who came to see me personally.

I am so incredibly honored to have the opportunity to work with so many more people online. I feel so incredibly on fire with the idea of helping others succeed in their goals by giving them the guide to get there. I cannot wait to connect with any future online clients!
